Charlie founded uSports driven by a strong desire to provide children with positive experiences through sport. As his business journey evolved, so did this passion, leading him to seek new avenues to support more young people. Recognising the significant and growing demand for SEND support and Alternative Provision within schools through uSports, Charlie established uReach. His vision is to expand the positive impact of the uGroup, ensuring more children receive the tailored support they need to thrive.

With a rich background in special education, Steph brings invaluable experience to uReach. Before joining Charlie as Director of uSports, she dedicated her career to supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) as a teacher at Manor Green, a special school, and within the support unit of Edgbarrow, a mainstream secondary school. Steph’s move into the inclusion sector with uReach is a natural progression, fueled by her deep understanding of and passion for supporting diverse learners. She plays a crucial role in the operational and creative development of the uGroup, always with children's well-being at the forefront.

An esteemed figure in education, Mandy Wilton offers 30 years of extensive experience to uReach as a consultant advisor. Her most recent role was Executive Headteacher of Cranbury College, a well-regarded Alternative Provision in Reading. Mandy now lends her considerable expertise to several trusts, providing invaluable consultancy around AP. Her deep knowledge and insights will be instrumental in shaping uReach's strategic direction and provision.

Jo is the lead professional at uReach, bringing over two decades of dedicated experience in education. She spent 12 years specialising in SEN and behaviour in primary education before transitioning to Foundry College, where she served for 10 years as the Inclusion Lead. Jo's enduring passion for special educational needs is evident in her commitment to uReach, where she now directs efforts to create an inclusive and supportive environment for all students.

Viv brings her passion for supporting young people as the lead of the uReach centre, drawing on over 20 years of experience working with young people. Her career spans various challenging and rewarding roles, including youth justice and supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours. Viv is deeply passionate about empowering young people, helping them to recognise their capabilities and make positive strides forward. Her commitment to fostering potential makes her an invaluable member of the uReach team.
